St. Ann's Group of Educational Institutions was founded by Late P. Madhusudhana Rao, a visionary leader in the field of education in the year 1982. As the Chairman of the Institution, he brought his passion for quality education and his commitment to empowering students to the forefront. P.Madhusudhana Rao’s journey began with a vision to provide holistic education primarily at school level and extended later for the women graduates. He added a feather to his cap by establishing the St. Ann’s Degree College for Women in the year 1997. Driven by a belief in the transformative power of education, P. Madhusudhana Rao had been instrumental in shaping the institution's philosophy, curriculum, and infrastructure. His dedication to providing students with access to the best educational resources and opportunities has helped St. Ann’s Degree College for Women emerge as a preferred destination for aspiring learners.

Under his guidance, St. Ann’s Degree College for Women has become a beacon of educational excellence, known for its holistic approach to women's empowerment.
